Modern hotel near the Merida center. Spacious and clean rooms, large and clean bathroom. Walk in shower with glass. Comfortable bed, good sleep quality.
Panorama from the room on an interior space, not very nice.
Desk a little bit difficult to use for dining in the room
International breakfast with lots of choice.

We stayed at this dignified property for several days this January. We were impressed with our stately and well appointed suite, complimented by a very professional housekeeping and front desk staff. The Intercontinental Presidente can also claim a distinguished, widely acclaimed culinary staff. We enjoyed meals in the restaurant, room service and the the charming "cafe" located on the second floor which was included with our suite. We appreciated the location which is in a nice, safe area close to everything.

A very classy business location. Everyone was very happy u0026 helpful. Even though their ice machines were not working; ordering ice was very quick. The breakfast buffet was great ???????? u0026 their pool was refreshing. The price had changed from the original book so that was disappointing. I would recommend a private tourist verses a group tours. I didn't see any children here FYI.

Our stay at InterContinental Presidente resort was fantastic. We stayed from Monday to Wednesday because we had a wedding in Merida over the weekend so there were not that many people there at all. I'm not sure how busy it would have been during the weekend, but it was a big enough resort for that to not be an issue. The beach was phenomenal, I have never seen such clear water and white sand. The restaurants they provide at the hotel were amazing. We did not get the all-inclusive option as we were not staying long, but it would have been worth it because you get a discount. I will get this option the next time we stay here because we will stay longer. The drinks had the perfect amount of alcohol in them and the restaurants were looking out right on the water. We booked the Ocean View room and it was definitely worth it. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. They provided a mini bar in the room with all the essentials like water, alcohol, and snacks. My favorite part was the beautiful shower had a glass window that allowed you to look out into the ocean while taking a shower. The only negative thing I could say was the hot tubs that they have next to one of the pools were pretty cold at night (we went the being of April) and it would have been nice if they were pretty hot because getting out of it when there is a breeze is not fun lol. Other than that our stay was fantastic. There is so much to do in Cancun, but this resort made us want to stay and relax.

This is a good place to stay. The included breakfast was great. The 1st room we were in had a hard (stiff) beds. This was on the the 2nd floor. We stayed in that room for about 2 days and asked to be moved. They moved us to the club section which had a private lounge just for the guest in that area. The room also had a balcony at the front of the hotel. Beds were much better. Besides that, the rooms looked the same. We would stay here again.

Hotel and service are good but if you want a good night's sleep AVOID this place. 1st night oir neighbors had a party with music at 6 am. 2nd day was sunday, kids yelling in the pool at 9am, thing is, the pool is in the center of the hotel which amplifies the noise to most rooms.

Hallway design also amplifies noise and people were very noisy. Food is very expensive, go eat out to taste real local food.

One of the best places to stay in one of the yucatan's most beautiful and historic cities. Whether you're coming for a holiday with the family or for the Day of the Dead celebration period. This hotel and it's iconic pink structure is a great choice for any IHG member traveling through the area. From the professional staff to the club-style secure wing of the hotel this property is an exceptional value and definitely lives up to living the Intercontinental life
