Slow service, food was tasteless, a real disappointment vs - other alternatives

Some of the worst food I have ever had in Merida ever. I order the classic Buffalo wings and french fries. The wings tasted like they had been in a freezer for weeks, and the sauce was just boring. French fries comparable to lowest grade fast food in US. I also had a Hibiscus Margarita with Mezcal, it was ok. Don’t eat here, it’s also 2-3 times more expensive than all the best places in town.

It's everything you would expect from a Chili's but with some nice additions. There's a dedicated menu for special burgers.
The place is very clean and well kept and the service is beyond friendly. Im always happy to come here and leave completely full with delicious food.

Food tastes really fresh. I had the pesto cilantro grilled chicken salad and OMG it was delicious!!! The staff was really kind.

The meal was great. Salad with crispy chicken and my partner had a chicken burger. Everything was delicious and the service was very good too. It was not busy when we were here and it was great to get in somewhere that had air conditioning....and theirs was working extremely well!

Thd chicken wings are delicious. I had to wait because the waiter forgot to oder it and ordered my drink. Ater he gave me a seat at the bar. I decided to move to a booth. Trying to get his attention. He didn't notice me and wondered off.
Another waiter took my drink order. Waited and no chicken wings. So on facebook waiting. It is way after 9 pm and walking to my place in a few .... so guys where is the chicken wings at least 20 minutes on facebook.
Someone is coming over ????...wait a minute only for the check????.✔ Really belated chicken wings or what? Hey there fellow where are my chicken wings? You ordered it? He looks surprise ????and goes over to the waiter about the order.
Back on facebook again.☺ Gee, I want to go home guys. It's getting late.????
Well, after about ten minutes I get the delivery of yes ???? CHICKEN WINGS.????

First trying to find parking was an absolute nightmare. Once we found parking and were sat down and ordered our appetizers it was super over cooked. Well at least the appetizers were hot. After eating the appetizers, we waited for about an hour before our food was brought to us. In the meantime, 2 groups of people came in after us and received their food before we did! When they finally brought the food to us all entres were severely over cooked and somehow cold at the same time! Saving grace was the manager removed the entres from our bill. As we paid for the appetizers and drinks the server had the audacity to ask for a tip..like really lady?! Needless to say that Chili's is already not the best restaurant..but simple service and hot food should be a basic.
