We stayed here for a wedding for 5 night and had an amazing experience. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are quite comfortable, more than most rooms I've been in before.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. This place has everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay.

When 5-star hotels are mentioned, Fiesta Americana Mérida should come to mind. Have the honor to enjoy yourself in this beautiful facility and all of the amenities. We did!

Excellent concierge services and security together with a very professional and efficient front desk staff makes the stay very easy.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous. If one does not find something to enjoy from the buffet, it would be surprising as it would be difficult to name something that was not on the buffet.

Service in the restaurant was excellent!

Excellent hotel in middle of Merida, need more exposure to fresh air, embassy suites type hotel, nothing bad is this is your style

Why does it say it's a 5 star hotel? It's nowhere near a 5 star service. Old building, misleading photos, the gym is not even equipped as suggested and rooms are way out of style. 60 pesos for room machine coffee? Seriously. We switched hotels right away, the price is def not worth it.

Excellent hotel, and great location near downtown. You can walk to different stores and restaurants near the area.
They have a great restaurant with buffet, I do recommend to select this hotel or have the buffet.

Absolutely perfect location. Can walk anywhere in Paseo Montejo and even downtown if you like walking and the weather isn't too hot. Easy to get a taxi or Uber.
We got a room with a really nice view, no noise, cool and with great beds.
Shower worked perfectly and service was awesome. TV could improve because although it was smart and big, we couldn't log into or download Netflix, even when trying to use our own account.
There are quite a few shops at the entrance and all the offices for renting cars are right there, which makes the experience a super easy and comfortable one.
The pool is so nice, perfect for the over 35° C weather of Merida during spring.
The restaurants are really good too! One of the best meals we had in Mérida!!

We have been in different places on this two weeks vacation: Morelia, Valladolid, Mérida, Playa del Carmen...But this hotel is the BEST! The service is awesome: We were celebrating our 44 anniversary, and they had a surprise for us in our room that night!❤️ At their main restaurant, food is delicious and with a lot of options. At the Fiesta club, Armando and Soremi always doing the extra step. Excellent service! The rooms very good. We were very happy here. Will return.
