Hotel is out dated and is in serious need of renovation. Luckily when I raised my concern, the staff were very kind and professional. They gave me a full refund despite the fact I had already paid and checked in. Overall I would say that although the staff was excellent, and the refund was processed, the repairs should be done on the property very promptly to reflect the true name that this hotel represents. Hyatt Regency is a luxuary brand, and it should reflect in the rooms, spaces, and not just in the lobby.

It was okay experience overall. I didn’t feel I got the Globalist treatment I usually got. I hate the mandate mask even if there’s no body around, you will find someone jumping and ask to put mask. The swimming pool was nice but the close early. The tennis court is closed and not operated. The left over food from the lunch will be move to the club lounge which I found it a shame.

Housekeeping was great and the front desk staff was very helpful .
I was deceived by the room service staff who told me that the "service" included in the bill was not a tip but "service for bringing the food to the room". Later I asked at the front desk and they told me the service included in the bill is the tip.

Hyatt hotel is close enough but not too far from the center of town. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Leave the AC on because the humidity out here is crazy.

Great pool, great location, and great breakfast and snacks included with Regency club rooms. Elevators are fast, covid policies are very thoughtful. Housekeeping is so speedy. We loved our stay!

Solid hotel, with excellent service. Location is very convenient. The windows aren’t very good though and you can hear music from nearby wedding venues (even on the top floor) but it’s not a big deal (just wear earplugs). I was super impressed with service - I needed a few buttons sewn on an evening gown as I was attending wedding. The seamstress at hotel was not working, but they found someone else from the staff to sew them and she did a great job.

It has its quirks, but for a standard brand hotel it gets the job done. Considering the number of boutique hotels and affordable Airbnbs I suggest other options.
