Overall: We spent 6 nights at this hotel. It was a comfortable place for restful sleep after getting a room change, but seemed bare and lacked functional amenities for the price point. Front desk was generally helpful. It was relatively clean being a newer property. I'm not sure if management is paying enough attention to guests' needs and maintenance in the long run.

Great: Convenient location in Centro. Complimentary water, juice and snacks was nice. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Curtains provided total blackout, and it was quiet after we switched to a second room facing street upon complaining about loud music from the plaza. Second room had a strong rain shower. The rooftop pool was beautiful, but closed very early at 8pm.

Not Great: Our first room faced the plaza, which played loud music until 10:30 every night. In this first room, there were also quite a few things that didn't work, mini fridge didn't cool, rain shower leaked, and soap dish was missing. The shower frequently flooded the floor, and we were only given 2 bath towels, rug and hand towel. Second room was much better, resolving most of the issues, but it was missing a side table.

A great hotel! I spent 2 nights here and it was so clean with great customer service. The only issue is that we faced the plaza area which has live music and is pretty loud until 10-11pm and we were absolutely wiped from our travel and just wanted to sleep, but it was quite noisy! The rooftop pool was amazing though and was never busy so we were often the only ones there! We ordered drinks right to the poolside - great service and we were given a free drink! Breakfast was also great with many options (though the coffee machine always seemed to be broken)

Loved this hotel. Great mixed use location with businesses and restaurants. Live music in the plaza at night. Great pool top deck. No restaurant but food can be delivered from the restaurant in the lobby.

Great lobby, glass elevator, and Great city views. I love the modern style throughout the hotel. Yes, I would stay here again.

Airport shuttle is not included but can be requested for about $15.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center along calle 60.

We recently spend 6 nights at the Hotel NH Collection and it was a decent experience overall.

The hotel was in a great location and had multiple restaurants within the main social common area outside. There was often live music in the commons at night. There is also a roof top pool. It's rather small but nice.

The best of our stay was the service. The cleaning staff was kind and professional. The front desk was kind and accommodating. The main bar tender was awesome and consistently made delicious strong drinks. The food staff also made a delicious breakfast.

The hotel rooms looked recently renovated. They seem to have good concepts but didn't quite get them right. However the only reason I wouldn't stay here in the future was due to the lack of room ventilation and collection of mold we experienced over two different rooms. The bathrooms do not have a fan, so when you shower, the moisture gets trapped. Once you open the door, it gets suck right up into the air conditioner and blown out into the room. Mold was growing on the wall in our first room which prompted us to ask for a different room. The second room had lesser mold, but still noticable on the wall. The sheets always felt damp, which made it difficult to sleep.

If the hotel could fix their humidity and mold, it could be a four star hotel. Until then, I'll choose someplace else.

I love the hotel. We spent 6 days in Mérida and everybody helped us with locations, tours, recommendations and everything we needed.
Everybody was very kind specially yesterday when we got to the bar to see our football ⚽⚽ soccer game and was not on tv , one person tried to look for the channel in the cable but the game was just on Fox premium ( not able to see it on the tv room or at the tv in the bar) so he let us use his own iPad. We didn't know he was the Executive chef of this Hotel. That was kind of him.
Jorge at the bar is so friendly and kind too.
The shower is so minimalist there's not enough space to put the shampoo, a conditioner or soap bar .
Beside that everything was just great.
Thanks for the hospitality.
We are going to start staying at NH hotel in our trips.

My girlfriend and I usually stay at NH hotels in other countries, for it has a great service at great prices. This was definitely not the case.

Front desk manager Daniel Quintal is anything but helpful. Rude falls shory. Gave him feedback, he couldn't care less.

We paid for breakfast. Limited selection. The guy who made eggs/omeletes: rude and aggressive. Jose Maria, i think was his name.

Towels in the room were little ripping apart.

No service in the pool area. Asked for towels in the front desk, staff members never came.

Coffee in the room with literally one pod ????.

Three nighta sumed over $350 usd. Waste of money. Find a local hotel or house instead.
