We had a really hard time checking in as our key didn't work 3x. They did end up upgrading our room but made us move our stuff ourselves.
No hot water at all, ran cool no matter the time of day.
The front desk lady was very rude but Antonio was very helpful.
TV wouldn't allow streaming channels.
The pool bar was very limited and the refrigerator and ice makers were broken. Breakfast was provided however disappointing.
What we thought was good- great off street parking in a garage with full validation.
Roof top pool was wonderful
Room was very clean and quiet
Mango Margarita was delicious!!
Very quick room service and the attendant was very nice and helpful
Location was near everything and easy to get to.
Linens were so soft and bed was very comfortable
Very beautiful views from room and the rooftop pool area.
Price was good for location and quality of room, however we were really disappointed in the front desk's service.
We'd likely stay again if we were to travel to Merida in the future.

We were in Merida for a week and could have not asked for a better place to stay. Amazing location and super friendly staff. We traveled with two kids and it was great for them also. Internet is high speed if you also need to jump into work calls or facetime family!

The rooms were nice, the staff was very very nice and helpful. The prices are fair and i recommend this hotel. The courtyard has many restaurants to choose from, they are all very good. Live music at night, and great place to meet friends

One of the few options how to observe sunset from the rooftop in Merida! You can book your stay on the pool rooftop if you are not a guest and enjoy the colorful ride of the sun accompanied with great cocktails, beer and food! Had a blast! Very modern and super friendly staff????????????

Summary: stay somewhere else for the same price.
Pros: location, some of the reception, restaurant and pool bar staff were really nice.
Cons: toilet is not clean and was never properly cleaned; hot water comes out after 10 min (not an exaggeration); extremely noisy (00:04 right now and can't sleep because of music and noise from outside, and I'm in the 7th floor); breakfast is just sad, the food selection is poor and limited; pool, just bad, water quality is disgusting; parking places are available, but depending on how "lucky" you are ... it's gonna be inconvenient the later you arrive.

the manager accused me of smoking in the room and had to pay a 100dollar fine. Only cold showers. Dirty sheets with strains on them. The bathroom stinks. And when they clean they go through your stuff. No thanks
