It’s decent but there’s no microwave nor mini fridge which is an inconvenience to someone with a kid who drinks warm milk. Besides that it’s a decent hotel.

It was good, not great. The walls weren't very sound proof. The staff was courteous and friendly. The restaurant didn't provide many food options, good things there were restaurants nearby.

Excellent customer service. The room is clean and beautiful. Large comfy bed, adjoining cafe with exceptional food. Great location downtown in the historic district. They go out of their way to make you feel special. Under $100 US dollars you will be very happy staying at this hotel. Enjoy!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. They indicated they had a queen bed in a quiet location that was near the first floor. Instead it was on the top floor where it was hottest, with two twin beds for my wife and I to sleep apart, right in the interior part where the service elevators were active all night. I was kind and respectful and received disrespect. On top of that we encountered fleas and they wouldnt change our room. Horrible hotel, everyone should stay away.

Beautiful breakfast, large rooms. Would have been five stars but my room had been freshly painted and not allowed to dry out and the fumes were pretty bad. Safety deposit box is at front desk, nice restaurant, nice area, biz center (1 peso/ minute for computer use), pool on 8th floor (walk up steps). No bar but the restaurant will serve you a drink in the lobby or at the tables out front.
