It's one of the best hotel boutiques I have ever booked.
Very clean, excellent staff, especially Anna in the reception. We booked two rooms, Progreso and Celestun, connected and they were really good. Very good environment, good prices and excellent service. Well done guys. We will see you soon...

Excellent customer service-All staff is very professional. The hotel has amazing decoration and very clean and up to date. Food is high quality and prices very affordable. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Location is perfect and close to Paseo Montejo with lots of restaurants and artisan venders at night. Also 10min walk to Parque Santa Ana and Santa Lucia. Highly recommend staying here.

All good except small parking lot and I would not advertise as free since it is very limited but it did work for me fine. Air conditioning worked but very poorly. Took entire night to cool and then just to mildly too warm. Good price. Good decor, modern. Good and large bed. Pool is for kids or decoration mostly. Friendly clean safe convenient. Maya nearby is more expensive but higher end place that is a little dated or just loud decorating. GOOD ac

We were staying at the Hyatt Regency for a week next block over and chanced on this new hotel. We dropped in and the manager, Mr. Donny Hernandez, took us around and showed us the rooms, everything we saw was beautifully designed and spotless. The air conditioning was silent and of top quality, so important in the 33C heat. It was better than the Hyatt had to offer so we spent the next week here. We are very happy with our decision, the hotel restaurant food was superb, the menu includes local as well as international food. The Chicken Alfredo is as good as any 5 star restaurant we had traveling the world. This stay had been a great experience for us in terms of location, hotel amenities including hi-speed internet and service.

Traveled to Merida from Atlanta, GA in the US and loved this place. It's less than a 5 min walk to the conference center and to restaurants and live music in a parallel street. And about a 15 min walk in the opposite direction to an outdoor market. On top of this, the staff is INCREDIBLE, the room is big and spacious and the beds are so soft. I will absolutely choose this place again. 5 out of 5 stars for everything.
