Been there a couple of times now with our little street rescue and were always assisted very well, Doctor Julio is very articulate and speaks English.

Dr. Poot is the most thorough veterinarian. He makes sure his patients are safe (health wise) and comes up with a plan to get your pet healthy. He will not be rushed to appease the paying customer, but focuses on the best practises for the animal in need. I trust him completely with my fur baby.

The entire experience was awesome! The receptionist took our call in English. Called back to get our cat in sooner than originally booked and the vet was amazing when we arrived. Gentle and caring with our very skiddish cat. Solved our tick problem and offered his personal number if we had any future issues. Can't recommend them enough!

Excellent veterinary services. Dr Fusto and his staff have provide professional and compassionate care to our, Jenny, TukTuk, Blondie and Robin. When needed, Dr Fusto comes to our house to treat the pups. We’re very happy with his services, and his ability to communicate in English as needed.

Excellent, professional and sympathetic service. Dr. Basulto truly cares about his patients, and doesn't try to take advantage of their emotional owners. A bonus is that he makes house calls - so helpful with those of us without a car here in Merida. Highly recommend!
