What an amazing stay! After our power going out for several days (we live in Merida) we decided to go here for a stay cation. What a great choice this place was! From the very friendly staff, to the spotlessly clean rooms and lobby, to the most comfortable beds and nice decor, we loved it! Would highly recommend. Also what a great price for such a stellar central location as well as lots of great amenities such as beautiful gardens (even saw a peacock), tables to enjoy (plus hammocks) outside, plus a huge pool. Fast wifi to boot!

The room was very spacious and clean. There is a little gym which has a couple of weights and a traidmill enough for a quick training. We didn't have breakfast so we can't comment on that. The pool area was also nice.

This review has positive and negative aspects to it. We booked 2 rooms and stayed 2 weeks.
- The location is really good, walking distance from many interesting things.
- The garden is beautiful with nice sitting places.
- The swimming pool is ok but not really clean
- The parking lot is spacious on the hotel premises
- The single room was beautiful. The bed was really comfortable. The air-conditioning was modern silent and in good condition, remote control operated. The TV had a lot of options to choose from. Different streaming apps you could log in with your own account, or even streaming from your phone. Too high tech for old people to operate. This room was in the first floor next to the parking lot, too noisy with the cars coming in and out and their doors closing.
- The suite was different then in the advertisement. It was still beautiful. The beds were comfortable, only one bed had a metal wire sticking out on the side that scratched the leg of one of us. The air-conditioning and TV were the same as the single room. The living room in this room was ok. We had a table with 2 chairs, so not enough. We tried 4 times and finally we had extra chairs. The water pressure is really poor in this hotel, because of this it is difficult to properly shower. And sometimes it's difficult to flush the toilet. We also didn't have q. Have told them not to clean, just to be able to rest after a long day out.
- restaurant staff was friendly and the food tasty. Our kids loved the spaghetti. :-)

After Priceline scam, this hotel put the top of the cake, clean room and very comfortable and crews respectful of the customers, just very confusing about"we don't take dollars" , how they do it with international travelers like us? We hope management will look into that.

The policies for early check in and check out are overly stringent, having to pay extra is absurd. On top of all, the internet is horrible. It works for the first 2 minutes and then goodluck keeping a stable connection, specially for work calls. The only good thing i could say about my stay is that the staff was friendly. Not staying here again.

Very beautiful hotel. Located in very good area. We did not eat there but the food looks amazing. The place just smelled like blocked up grains but when inside you don't smell it. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom spacious and comfortable, our shower was one of those jet showers. I wasn't that impressed with it. Just having a normal shower would have been perfect.

Beautiful hotel, and garden with peacocks. Rooms were sparkling clean. Service was awesome. Elmer, the guy who helped us with our bags was very sweet.
Shower we got was out of the future but didn't work very well (or we couldn't figure it out) and leaked onto the floor. Only downside though. Bed was great.
Close proximity to a lot of nice things in the city. Would definitely go there again.
I am told not to waste money on breakfast buffet. Go anywhere else for good food.
