I always love staying here when I visit family in Merida. The hotel is clean as are the rooms. The staff is amazing and always up for helping out with any requests you may have and for the price you can’t beat it anywhere else. So close to historical landmarks and moving around is so easy if you don’t rent a car. I recommend this hotel to anyone that stays in Merida.

Just what I needed. A great option to spend the night. I was mostly out all day so all I really needed was a clean, safe and perfectly located place to crash. It was pretty budget friendly. I would definitely recomend it if you want something close to downtown Merida and in the heart of the restaurant and bar scene In paseo Monejo.

It was business trip, therefore, was a good stay. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the hotel has a great location.

This was the best experience in an Ibis I had thus far. The rooms are compact and quiet. The breakfast options in the morning are varied and staff across the board is very friendly. While the location is not in the historical heart of the city, it is just a nice stroll down Paseo Montejo away, which itself is popular for its restaurants and bars.

Very up to my expectations, rooms are small but comfortable. Great for business trip, quiet at night so you'll get a great night sleep. Just be more attentive to the cleaning details in the shower, I'm very picky about it and notice everything.

Clean, updated, great internet, great English speaking staff and comfortable beds. There was a great restaurant downstairs and elevators. No fridge and very small rooms but great stay. A little bit from anywhere else, had to cab but cabs are inexpensive as long as you pay in pesos. Hot water and awesome shower!
