Clean place, very big, almost no people during Saturday morning, good service.
The A/C could be a bit cooler, because with the scorching temps outside it barely feels cool, but I am also an environmentalist so I kind of get it.

4 stars?! McDonald's? Yes. This location is cool, on Paseo Montejo, it was Covid-19 ready, friendly service, and I was buying my husband's first- ever meal from Micky D's. (Big Mac, fries, and Coke) He loved it!????
Now I feel like a pusher, responsible for yet another addict...at least it's cheaper and legal????
***Sadly, the location closed amidst fallout from the pandemic????????☣️***
Reopened! The meals are again Happy!

No ice for drinks, not all items available on drinks. Really? French fries were cold, crispy chicken sandwich bun was burnt. This is McDonald's, people!????

The management is pathetic. They constantly run out if product. They have not had Coke w/o sugar in ages, and now a good portion of the breakfast items are out. The guy even messed up my order and did not have change to refund my money. I had to wait, which is even more pathetic as I paid by debit card.

I went there to have a meal. I used mastercard, there machine showed denied payments 4 times. Then I used the different card, the payment went through. I had a meal. But when I came back to Hotel. I checked my mastercard payment on statement and it showed that the payment went through. The mastercard payment wasn't denied, they did something to the machine. They are the fraud, all women working over there that day. I would never recommend you go there in Mexico. They can't even speak English and they work in McDonald's. It's just a shame.

Great food. No one spoke english though. They didnt allow me.to pay in dollars which was good.
