Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it.

Beautiful resort!! I had the best experience with my husband and son !! Excellent costumer service I could ask for ! William ( our server ) was the best ! He made us feel at home , very friendly at all time! Everyone here was so nice ! The beach is so beautiful and drinks and food are great! Made us want to come back in a few months!

Place was nice rooms were dated old looking. Ac worked great. Pools were nice didn't like we were wereing mask and a glove at the buffet, do not up grade to v i.p.

Got food poisoning 2 times. Had to check out and pay to stay at another hotel. Unclean hotel. Keep your children away. My poor 2 year old lost 6 pounds in 10 days.

I booked a sea facing room and loved the experience. The breakfast at the Coba was amazing and delicious. They have a spa which is not included in your daily price. The front desk staff was rude and not welcoming. The parking space could get better.

This is great, well maintained, beach front all inclusive resort, beautiful views, pools and beach. The staff is always kind and courteous and eager to please you. Good dining options and fresh food, something for everyone. Paid 1500 for 2 people for 5 nights on Applevacations.com. I recommend this resort for anyone on a budget looking to have a great time in beautiful Cancun!

Celebrating my 68th birthday at this resort was a bit disappointing. The television where you are supposed to view the events and restaurants of the day was broken so therefore I wasn't aware of daily happenings as well as the in-room fridge didn't work so now I had to go to work to get ice on a different floor and walk a distance to the coffee shop to view the TV for daily events. I called to report these issues, they came one day took a look agreed that there was a problem and would return to fiv them but never came within 2 days whereby I called again, they came replaced the fridge on the 4th day and said they would return to fix the TV but never did, bath room sink shower diverter didn't work and sink stopper was broken. I wasted a lot of water for a resort that states they are eco friendly. Upon my leave I spoke with other guest with similar complaints, cmon Oasis you can do better.

Picked Up This Gem during my stay!
Hotel was fabulous
Staff was graciously hospitable
Overall experience was fantastic, i definitely will be back!
