I would give them a 5 star review .

But unfortunately I can’t given that the beds provided were a stiff as sleeping on the floor.

Furthermore if you are taller than 5’6 ; your feet will hang off of the bed .

Oh and make sure you bring pesos “if the card machine doesn’t work” or they will over charge you for food if you use the USD.

Bartender claims they don’t go based off the dollar to peso exchange online .Which I get it they are trying to get the money for a living but that’s not the right way .

Overall it’s been a great stay nice people and fun time .

My brother and I stayed here for only 24 hours while we waited on our cousins to arrive to Cancún. First of all, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. The balcony view is honestly breathtaking and the infinity pool makes for great instagram photos. The back also has a restaurant and direct, private access to the beach with the rest of Zona Hotelera. I can not emphasize enough how pretty it is.

The hotel itself, as all the other hotels on this strip, is hated with security personnel at the entrance. You can only get here by taxi, rental, or a personal vehicle. Ubers don't really work from the airport or most of Cancún. There's an Oxxo (think 7/11) nearby that you can buy water, snacks, and alcohol which stops being sold late afternoon on Sunday's!

We had a blast. Drinks where good for us but not a giant variety as others might expect. Food was also good but nothing spectacular. My main complaint was the room itself. The beds were not very comfy and the hot water wasn't the best, but that's also an issue in most of Mexico.

Again, you get what you pay for and based off the views alone I feel like it was a steal. If I wasn't a broke medical student I surely would have picked a fancier hotel.

First off, no wifi you must pay for it ( if you can even find someone who knows how to do their job to take your payment) Second there is a 13yr at reception who couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone wasn’t able to resolve any of my questions and told me to leave. The restaurant was the worst, as rude as they can be I had to leave in the middle of eating because of their attitude towards my mother, they had no sympathy or patience of seniors. Only positive thing was the location (which is the bare minimum). If you like getting treated worst then trash and throwing away money this place is for you.

Very rude workers. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was looked out of my room over night until 11a the next day because of a malfunction they hand with the door key. I Wanted to end my stay early because of poor quality of the property ( no WiFi , uncomfortable bedding, terrible experience overall) and they held my passport hostage so I could not go to another hotel. I had to call the policeman. When I was given back my passport so I can leave they refused to refund me for the nights I didn’t stay. So, I was charged for 5 nights when I only stayed for 2 one of those night being the night I was locked out of my room.

My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is the internet it states online they have wifi I was there 5 days and the wifi worked a total of about 1 hour over the 5days. Really bummed because I went there working remotely and struggled. Other than that it place is clean and nice.

VERY affordable! Nice, big, older hotel, great location on the water. Has a nice pool. Our room has a small kitchenette. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definately go back.

My belongings were placed in storage at the check in counter. When I went to pick them up, they were gone. The staff said they would locate them for me and return them. I sent several emails, but never heard from them again. How disappointing the rest of our stay in Mexico was incredible.
