Would definitely stay at this location again.
Great place for the price.
Secure Parking.

GREAT Pool with beach access.

The air conditioner tried hard.
Somehow the timer was set (probably by me) so it cut out in the middle of the night.
Kind of a bare bones room, but comfortable.
Plus we didn’t come to Cancun to hang out in the room. But the view WAS Awesome!

PROS:
Great beach, wonderful swimming pool, convenient bar and restaurant, friendly staff, nice room with kitchenette, small supermarket nearby.
CONS:
Some parts need to be refurbished, the prices of the bar and restaurant are a bit high, the swimming pool sometimes gets dirty (with hair and grease floating on the surface) and opens at 9 am only, the maintenance room with the water pumps is so noisy that you can barely sleep on the 3rd floor!

Wonderful place to stay and a very friendly staff. Recommend 100%. Has a very rustic feel to it, as if you’re staying some where with some history to it, which adds to the charm of the property! Loved it!

So I’ve travelled to Cancun multiple times and stayed at so many hotels before but never had this much bad experiences:

1) Unsafe balcony, low height with cracks
2) Tiny bugs in the room and bathroom
3) Construction noise disturbances
4) Noisy bed next to balcony
5) Charged incorrect amount
6) No exhaust fan in bathroom
7) Tiny bathroom hardly any room
8) Low water pressure
9) Almost no hot water
10) Slow unreliable WiFi
11) No answer when I call
