The service is good and the rooms are spacious but Cancun is hot and the AC is poor so you're going to sweat a lot. Some rooms had stoves, microwaves, coffee makers, and better air conditioners, but not ours. They moved us to another room and still the AC sucked. Don't buy food in the hotel restaurant, it's way overpriced. The shower water smelled bad. But at least the staff is friendly.

Terrible experience! The hotel charged me the whole amount prior to my arrival, but when i arrived at the hotel they told me that they dont accept my payment method althouh it was charged and i saw the voucher. They wanted to charge again and refused to make my checkin. the recepcion and management staff are very rude. plus they charge a ridiculus 100usd deposit for that smelly place. I dont recommend at all. No wonder why it is the cheapest in the region. Stay away

So I’ve travelled to Cancun multiple times and stayed at so many hotels before but never had this much bad experiences:

1) Unsafe balcony, low height with cracks
2) Tiny bugs in the room and bathroom
3) Construction noise disturbances
4) Noisy bed next to balcony
5) Charged incorrect amount
6) No exhaust fan in bathroom
7) Tiny bathroom hardly any room
8) Low water pressure
9) Almost no hot water
10) Slow unreliable WiFi
11) No answer when I call

В номере неприятный запах, wi-fi постоянно отваливается ,грязно, постельное в пятнах, уборку не делали ни разу, полотенца не меняли, мусор не выносили, в номере тараканы. Вообще комната требует ремонта. Попросила тапочки и мыло для рук, она сказала, что не будет этого. Для отеля довольно странно. Из услуг бесплатный бассейн, за окном море, но оно полностью в водорослях. Во время всего пребывания пытались узнать где можно постирать свои вещи. Нас гоняли то туда, то сюда, в итоге ничего толком не объяснили, постирали вещи как попало, пришлось достирывать под краном. Наша Сальма нас бросила и в этом. Как вообще можно брать за это всё такие бешеные деньги! Нам отказали возвращать деньги за то, что мы съезжаем раньше(на сайте сказано, что можно). Кстати, после прочитанных отзывов, мы испугались, что нам не отдадут депозит, как и многим. Потратили много сил и нервов, чтобы выцепить эту неуловимую Сальму. До последнего думали, что не вернёт. Вернула, видимо чего-то испугалась. Отзывы на сайтах положительные фальшивые, а в ответ на отрицательные- пишут, что вы у нас не жили. Мошенники!!!!
