Stayed at a brnb room. People were there and prepared for our arrival. The ac wasn't that great and the water pressure sucked but other than, great place to stay. Nice location, can take public transportation from there or taxi or Uber. Restaurant on site hit the spot each time (chilaquiles). Pool is nice and perfect spot to catch the sunset. Would stay there again.

Bravo and congratulations to the photographer, a master in photoshop.
This place was nothing close to what’s advertised. Front desk was never there. They canceled my reservation at last minute and I got stuck with a smaller room.

little old, nice view, pool bar has good pizza and drinks, nice beach, internet slow and the only wifi that was working was on the other side of the building . so no coverage on the room and pool , 4% fee for paying the booking with card

Our stay has been okay so far. Rooms look a little dirty in corners of walls. Fridge was rusted. Bedside light flickers and shower was stopped up before we really used it. Beds are really hard. But the air conditioning works and the view is breathtaking. Outside the condo the beach is really rocky but the walk up and down is soothing. A lot of other hotels having parties are inclusive so be careful strolling into anything that you aren't invited to.

The good:
Absolutely stunning view and great pool! The public areas are well maintained and clean. Security present at the gate and in the pool area. AC worked great in the room too! Far enough from the main hub that is quite and buses are readily available to get to the "downtown" area.

The not so good:
Room was dated. Mold was in the washroom by the sink and shower. No fan in the bathroom. The hot plate in the room looked really sketchy so we didn't use it. Fridge kept things cold only inside, not along the door. The restaurant on site was not very good. I ordered pizza thinking it would be delicious because of the wood oven but it was terrible. I was too hungry not to eat it though. Service was so, so. Sat at the bar and besides my order for pizza was offered to order anything else.

Bottom line:
Would I stay again? Probably based on the price and a different room. As most of them are run by airbnb or a different company.

This is an older property, but the rooms were nice for the price. The beach side pool is gorgeous as well as the ocean view from every room. We only stayed one night in preparation for out flight back to the U.S. the following day. Unfortunately, the pool closes at 9pm so we only had an hour to enjoy it. However the pool side chairs are available to relax on at least until 11pm which is when we left the pool area. There are buses that travel up and down the main strip which pick up near the hotel and can take you to various shopping areas and restaurants along the route. The hotel info center made our taxi arrangements for the following morning which we paid 400 pesos for. I would suggest doing a little research to make your own transportation arrangements. I'm sure it can be done for cheaper.

Location is perfect. It is towards the end of the hotel zone. It is away from all of the noise you find closer to the clubs. This location has a restaurant, a small grocery store, the beach is a few steps away. I believe there is a laundrymat in the complex.
