The view from the balcony I stayed in, 5104 was spectacular. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the bed. Hot water available, good water pressure. You walk down a couple of stairs, past the pool, further down, and there's the beach. Basic wash station right at the beach entrance. Limited number of umbrellas for everyone in the complex to share (6-8). Beach lounge chairs not that comfortable. Beach area under water gets pretty steep, if not experienced with waves, can be difficult to navigate. Life guard on duty, whistles warning when you've gone too far out. Especially if you have kids, walk much further down the beach for shallower water area.

The bad: 1 cockroach seen on first night, 3 killed in second night, no more sightings for the rest of the week, all in the kitchen. If you can deal with that, you can enjoy your stay. NO visitors allowed. All occupants must wear a wristband.

The convenience store water jug 70 pesos is a rip off, cleaning staff can provide a much bigger UNSEALED aqua pura water jug for 40 pesos, just ask.

If travelling on a budget, I would come back. If you want luxury, keep looking.

This place was perfect for my family for 2 weeks! The apartment and location is great, it has everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. Lidia was also very helpful since the beginning, always available whenever we had questions and provided information of the area and showed us around. She went above and beyond to make our long 2 week stay comfortable and memorable. The terrace view is incredible, I could not get enough of being out there and just enjoying the ocean view and sound of waves.

I would absolutely recommend to stay here and we will be back!

Depending on which condo you are in. Some are great others not so good. The ocean is a bit rough but walk down to a calmer area. Bus stops at the door every 2 minutes. Not enough palapas on the beach

Great location , just 20 mins from the airport.
Super clean, safe apartment and on the beach!!
We had a great time meeting the hosts and they shared really great insights about the area. The beach was very clean, private sandy and smooth, not a single rock in kilometers. All the outside showers and restrooms were very clean, and it’s conveniently in front of the bus stop. It had a little security check point that was very thorough with all the visitors, we felt very safe at all times.
Would go back anytime!!

This location is just perfect for families and couples that want to have a relaxing vacation. The turquoise blue water color is amazing and all the apartments are a few steps away from the beach! There are many options as far as number of people and size of apartment. Walking distance also from a convenient store and a few restaurants. Affordable prices for being right on the beach! I recommend!!

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The apartment was decorated so beautiful and clean. The view of the ocean was stunning and I can’t wait to come back and stay again. It is in the perfect location to walk down to the beach and close enough to the nightlife and shopping. We will definitely be back and won’t stay anywhere else. 100% recommended.

Jessica said: I stayed in apartment 4101. This is a very nice beach front apartment with an incredible view on the turquoise ocean from the terrace! The apartment has been recently remodeled and all is new and clean! The condominium is quiet and has a direct beach access, pool, tennis court and a convenience store! I totally recommend it!
