Intimate moments with trained dolphins and as an instructor assists you and your group. Phone is required to be in a locker, so expect to pay for pictures/videos. One picture is $40

The trainer and staff are super nice! This was an amazing experience! The dolphins were the nicest staff of all, super loving and playful!!

Nightmare!!
We were guests at Dreams Playa Mujeres resort and had taken a boat ride (the children and a few teens got very sick) had to get captain to do an emergency arrival on the dock right in front of our hotel and while docking to rush kids off the boat 2 of their employees one a Male employee which refused to give name along with Isabel Zavala Avila (Delphinus employee) literally untied the boat and pushed my 9 year old daughter off the dock as they “claimed it was private property” and we needed to pay him cash to allow us to get kids to safety. The male employee of Delphinus pushed us away cashing my daughter to fall.
We understood that it was their dock for their “locked up dolphins” but we begged as we had to get kids off the boat to bring them up to the rooms to hydrate.
The point is as we begged to help, he continued to push my children off. We had to file a police report and will have the corporation investigate.
Besides the company making lots of money $89 per person. They are very cruel to the dolphins as I got to take several pictures as they wanted me to delete the pictures.
It is very clear that they are not trained nor have any kindness to help in case of an emergency.
Regardless of who owned the pier / dock pushing a child off is something that no parent should watch. The management at Delphinus refused to give me the coward employee name. He hid the last few days of our stay here as I looked for him.
Such a shame that all the company does is make money $$u0026 and zero respect for the guests or humans. All of the footage was sent to the US Embassy along with the Mexican Embassy and news Media.

It was a great experience! We bought supreme package what was little bit more expensive for 4 people then group packages. But we spent an amazing 1 hour with 4 ???? ???? ???? ????! We got a hug, kisses, dancing, pushing, swimming with all of them!
Just be ready that this is not cheap, and you can't bring your phone, cameras, nothing. You have to buy photos packages what is $290-404. It's a wonderful time with dolphins ???? ❤️

The half an hour in the water was great, but they wanted $540 (U.S. dollars) for our family's photos with the dolphins. I looked at the guy and said "It wasn't a wedding". Overall Dreams resorts is a huge price-gouging rip-off. Of course no personal devices (cell phone, GoPro) were allowed.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Totally worth the money to be there and share times with the dolphins! Staff was awesome, white and Pancho ( the dolphins) were incredible! Beware though..$400 for just me and hubby for the experience and almost $400 for pictures and video. Pricier than expected but worth the sticker shock!

Very nice experience to touch a tranquil dolphin in the sea water. Our was a 35 years old male over 10 feet long loving us and the fish after each exercise. The area and premises are very good ( simply perfect and new). Beach available for relax. Park after main entrance and thy Wil get you on a golf cart.
