Our rooftop room with a plunge pool was spectacular! Our family slept under the stars every night. The service supersedes amazing hotels like the Four Seasons. The beach staff was amazing. We don't ever go back to the same vacation spot as there are so many places to see. However, Finest may get us to go back because it was the ultimate relaxation vacation. The food and wine though... not awesome. However, what I did expect at an all-inclusive.

Surf and Turf was an amazing experience. My appetizer and my dinner was perfect. The service was even better. Juan, Javier u0026 Alejandra took great care of us and were very hands on. This is literally our spot. And Edgar delivered a great meal. Not salty but still very tasty. A perfect mix.

Our experience at Surf and Turf was delicious! We had the best seafood accompanied by amazing steak and side dishes! Our server Ramon was so kind!!! He was very present and always available when we needed him! The kitchen was very careful of an allergy we had in our family. We got to enjoy the food with no concerns! The dessert was amazing to top of the night!

The service overall is excellent. Our server, Noe, was so helpful and attentive at our dinner at Lizo. He was very conscientious about an allergy and made sure to double check everything with the kitchen for us. Service at the cabanas is also outstanding (in the Finest section). Our concierge was able to arrange for diapers to be delivered to the hotel. I enjoyed a beach massage, and the spa representative helped my husband with our twins (5 months) when they became unruly so that I could finish my massage - truly above and beyond! The finishes in the room are starting to show wear - repairs made, chipped furniture, etc. The cushions on the outdoor furniture have stains that appear as water marks. Nothing that has actually detracted from the stay, though. However given the nightly rate, I would expect better. The main parts of the hotel are in excellent condition. Again, the service here is what makes it 5 stars.

Amazing food. Nice resort. The staff are amazing. I have to shout out Lancelot. Really made the stay feel warm. Made an effort to remember our names all these days and always chatting nicely with us whenever our paths cross. Events are fun and different every night. Overall, such a warm and friendly experience. Would definitely come back again.

First time to stay at the Finest and I could not have been more impressed. My outdoor waiter Carlos remembered our names and took great care of us Sergio one of my favorites. Hector and David awesome job with scuba. Alejandro and Victor at the bar. The housekeeping did amazing we were very appreciative. This place is great. Thanks for making us feel at home.

Amazing stay! Second time staying with the excellence group of resorts, this time with family. Service is second to NONE in the world! The Finest club is worth it. Angel, Sergio, Isabel, Javier, on the beach were attentive and made our stay a true getaway. Wences on the swim up bar was exceptional, making us drinks and customizing them to our taste and to perfection. You have to try Brass, the steakhouse, food was cooked perfectly and the service impeccable. They all go the extra mile to make sure your stay is special u0026 memorable. Although you may be far from home, they make you feel taken into their home! Thank you entire staff and management for a beautiful relaxing stay, we will be back!!!
