This was my first time coming to Casa Maya Hotel. If you are looking for the total package deal for a hotel here it is. My room was absolutely gorgeous, it looked more like a one bedroom condo with a balcony. The Swimming pool and the jacuzzi was fantastic and you are literally a couple walks to the beach so you don't have to worry about going out of your way to go to the beach. The Staffing we're friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back to this Hotel in the upcoming future.

Beautiful it’s like your in jungle, Resort is enormous, you have to take a shuttle to the pools to the restaurant. Lotta lizards, iguanas, Beach club is my favorite.

The Cenotes was by far the highlight of our trip. Crystal clear water! So much peace and beauty. Can’t wait to go back and visit more Cenotes

Great service and amazing tours that make a visit to Cancun much more spectacular. The tours are always fun and the tour guides were very nice and prepared to answer any questions that we could have. In other words, you made my holidays a great adventure.
Thank you very much, and can't wait to go back to Cancun!!!!!!

We had booked the Parasail u0026 Waverunner Combo. The activities themselves were great. The stuff was also friendly and very nice.
But I had asked on the phone if we can pay with credit card. When we arrived at the place, which is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, they charged us additional 5% credit card fee! Then they told us, that the Parasail Boat is broken and they will drive us to another location for that. I still do not believe, that this was true. At the other location we had to wait more than 60 minutes before going up in the sky, because there were several other people before and then with us. All in all we were gone for almost 4 hours for two activities.

Do not go to "Mercado 28", they will try to steal you in every possible way, mostly if you aren't a spanish speaker. In general it was like that all around Cancun.

For decent prices buy souvenirs inside Chichen itza, and even when the 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen isn't the cheapest place, you won't feel you are surrounded by sharks. There are some big stores with fixed prices, so you won't have to deal with the xenophobia that we saw in Cancun and the excessively high prices for being from USA or just for not being a Spanish speaker.

The beach is amazing, and the huge size of then resorts is incredible and outstanding, however, be aware of the local commerce, mostly when it is related to tequila.
