My husband and I had a wonderful time at Total Snorkel while on vacation in Cancun! The service was prompt and professional and all staff members were amazing. Our guides and photographer, Ricardo, Alex and Really we’re phenomenal and made the whole time very fun!! The underwater statues, shipwreck and wildlife was so beautiful!!! Would 100% recommend and book again with Total Snorkel!!

This was amazing, we had the best time. Moyes (apologies for the spelling) was INCREDIBLE. He helped us see turtles, sting rays and lots of pretty fish. I booked my excursion through viator who gave us some troubles and total snorkel said no worries, kept us on track and made the experience unforgettable. 1000/10 recommend!!!

This experience was outstanding! I can’t remember our guides name but he served for our country and was originally from LA. I did feel like the whole excursion was a little quicker than expected but our guided explained it depends on the group you’re with. The waters were a little rough but seeing the sea turtle made this experience worth every second. The photo package was $35 but you don’t have to purchase it before the boat ride.

George and Capt Juan were great. Very friendly, patient, and so fun to be snorkling with. It was a choppy day but no matter, it was wonderful. Easy pick up and drop right at our hotel. Def recommend!!

Very good experience. Captain Alex, Andres, and damnit I can't remember the other man's name! They were all so awesome, such an amazing experience, water is unbelievably clear with lots of fish. Highly recommend

Had a great time with Ricardo and Captain Barracuda! This is a boat with two benches, no frills, no drinks or food. But they provided the best snorkeling experience I've had. Saw a turtle, the statues, cenotes and the shipwreck. A great time, wonderful experience, and the crew were the best. Definitely recommend!

Well organized. Overall we had a good time. Waves were rough on our day. They have pickup from the hotels included in the price. Showers and changing area was clean. Our captain Angel and guide Robert were good. Also in every group they are sending a photographer to take videos and photos of you. Before the snorkel they have little training to make sure everybody is ready to snorkel with some good points. Snorkel equipment is provided. To store your belongings they small lockers available for the refundable $5.
