Edgy ???? maybe getting food poisoning… not sure yet. Found something weird in my bubbles and my husbands tasted sour. Not good on the customer service. Everyone was on their phones and we hardly got a hello. They one staff we texting the whole time until he had to ring us up. Tourist trap of a ice cream shop. There are better places further in town.

I came here twice on two separate occasions. I don’t understand why the staff are so rude? The first visit, I was treated poorly by the sassy cashier and she kept rolling her eyes at me for no apparent reason because she wanted to be back on her phone. The second occasion, I came back and saw that the cashier from the first visit wasn’t there so I had my hopes up that it’ll be better this time, but I was wrong! An old lady cashier was there and she too was rude. She kept scoffing and kept slamming the cash register. She didn’t even give me the proper change back and I realized it after I left the store. So she basically stole from me and used it for extra tips. Later that night, I had stomach problems and I found out I had food poisoning because of this place. Do not come here because they train their staff to be snobby and rude. Also save yourself from food poisoning!

Nice little frozen yogurt shop to get a cold snack on a hot day while walking around the Malecon.

Too bad a few bad reviews- I loved the yogurt the rolls and the coffee - I've come here several times and think it's pretty good. The staff seems unappreciated and lacking in enthusiasm but they are also just kids working in an ice cream shop so...

I personally am not a fan of frozen yogurt, but my family LOVE coming here when we're in PVR! They look forward to it, and everyone usually likes what they order.

After walking about 30 minutes to get here because I was craving frozen yoghurt. I got there and the 2 clerks would not sell me a Med size yoghurt because they had ran out of Med cups and refused to sell me a Med size serving in a Large cup. It seems they are in the business of selling cups not yoghurt. Sooooo disappointed!!!
