My fiancé and I made a reservation here for our anniversary dinner and we loved it so much! Definitely one of my favorite meals during our time in PV. Our server Luis was wonderful and friendly! All the food was spectacular and SO flavorful. The staff even surprised us with a little anniversary surprise at the end of our meal which was so special to us! Thank you to everyone at Kaiser Maximilian for a beautiful night!

This meal really exceeded our expectations ! We thought it was better than our Michelin star experiences and service and prices can’t be beat ! Style felt French, wonderful portions and delicious dishes! A must try !

Don’t get me wrong, we love Mexican cuisine, but after four days straight of incredible Mexican food, we were ready for a break in the trend. We stumbled upon this gem as we bopped around la zona romantica. Every single dish was absolutely amazing. The presentation was flawless and the service was impeccable. Our server Luis took great care of us. The wine and beer selection was vast. We got the three beef entrees. And the cabbage soup as well as the garlic soup. We all agreed to try to save room for dessert but we were way too full to even consider that by the end. We will absolutely be telling our friends about this place, as we will remember it forever.

One of my favorite places in Vallarta, and that's saying something. I first had dinner here with my sister in 2004 and have been back many times since, particularly now that I live here full time. I've never had one bad meal in the many, many times I've dined here.

This place was one of my favorite's in all of Puerto Vallarta! Excellent food and top notch service. We tried the escargot appetizer, which were breaded but still very delicious, the Cesar salad which was also very good. My mom.ordered the veal with spatzle, it was amazingly tender. I had the beef tenderloin with a mushroom and gorgonzola sauce which was also excellent. My friend ordered the halibut with scallops and capers, tomatoes it was very light but delicious. For dessert we ordered a creme brulee. It was large enough for 3-4 people to share and was also excellent. I will definitely come back!
