If you want to have a bad time, go to this place. The workers are not attentive, the air conditioning does not work well, they turn it on only at night and it wets the whole floor of the room. And the workers are terrible.

Workers are not attentive at all. My flight was delayed last minute by 5 hours, and workers told me that I’ll have to find somewhere else to stay. Problem is everything else is booked and so I’ll likely be sleeping on the street tonight. Absolutely heartless.

I hated this hostel, probably one of the worst stays at a hostel I had in Mexico, BUT I met some cool people and made some friends here - so I can’t give it a bad rating. Shout out to Andrei, Sammy and Priscilla.

BAD:
- They only turn on AC in your room AFTER 10pm up to 9am - you only go there to sleep, you cannot survive the heat during the day inside this hostel.

- There is NOT enough light ANYWHERE in this hostel, if you want to do work here - the heat and lack of light makes it unbearable.

GOOD
- Great location. There’s a 5 min walk Starbucks nearby to get some AC, and great lighting to work

- Friendly people I met when I stayed here

- One of the better/best options in this particular zone for Hostels

Nice place to stay. The only bad thing is not their fault but the outside of the street smells like garbage.

Great price/quality. Friendly staff and great location. Shower pressure and temperature is very nice. 4 stars because check in went wrong (waited hour) and airco was too cold and couldn't be turned down till a staff member saved me at 4am. Since these mistakes could happen and the manager was trying his best to solve it, still give 4 stars. The beds are very spacious too. I'm tall and can stick my feet out so that's wonderful. Recommended place to stay. I don't think you'll be as unlucky as me. Enjoy your stay!
