Love this Boutique hotel!! Beautifully designed and has a warm energy here. Staff is very nice has small pools on property and ability to use larger pools in hotel across the street where you can gain beach access as well. Love the design with our room very comfortable but sadly had a very strong mildew smell that made some of our clothes mildewy. If the room didnt smell like mildew would've given 5 stars.

Such a beautiful and quiet hotel. Love that it’s small and not crazy crowded. The employees are all so nice, knowledgeable and full of smiles. The hotel was always very clean and walking distance to the beach, stores, delicious restaurants and the gay bars! I had a great experience here and definitely would stay here again

The hotel itself was cute. DO NOT pay for all inclusive. It was such a waste of money and the food was awful. The food was at a hotel around the block. The all inclusive didn’t even include drinking water in the room. We had to go and buy bottled water. Only one restaurant that was always full. You are better off just eating locally. There are some great restaurants in the area and super affordable.
This was our wedding anniversary and their website and email said that they would do something special. There was nothing special. Not even happy anniversary. Not that I need that but that’s what they advertised.
I would not stay here again and would definitely not pay for all inclusive because we didn’t get anything for it.

We were married at the rooftop pool in 1996 when it was the budget property of the Playa Los Arcos group. Now it's an adult only place and has bumped up the quality significantly. The lobby atrium is a gem with a fig-leaf tree all the way to the top of the building. So calming the moment you walk in. We checked out a room and it was clean and decorated in a classic Mexican style. You can use all the amenities at the main hotel which offsets the fact that it's not on the beach proper. We may try a stay the next time we're passing through the neighborhood.

This hotel is affordable and quaint. They have a really weird policy that they don’t allow guest, or rather that they reserve to deny you from having guests and the front desk staff was rude about it. The cleaning service is not the best. They just make the bed. Will be staying elsewhere on my next visit.

Wonderful staff, prime location, good price point, and not pretentious. I recommend, though the Wi-Fi could be better in the rooms.

Cute authentic hotel located very close to beach, bars, restaurants and cafes. Perfect to step right out of your hotel to eat, drink and be merry.????
Roof top pool is very quaint and nice. We had a room with the balcony which was nice to sit in the morning or evening.
