The remodel of this place is fantastic. Beautiful bar and outdoor dining area with a great view of the ocean. The sunset is breathtaking.
Now the food, my wife is gluten-free they had great options for her, a cauliflower steak with asparagus. And a gluten-free flour-less chocolate cake. I had the blackened salmon with risotto and key lime pie. Everything had great flavor.
Our new favorite place to eat on the beach in Puerto Vallarta.

Not bad. They’re finally open again after the ownership change and a huge remodel, and the place looks fantastic with gorgeous finishes. We went for breakfast and had a table right up front - vendors aplenty but not to the point of annoyance. Great coffee, beautiful fruit plate to start, corn chowder delicious, but the entrees were just okay. Love the idea of the Sopes Benedict, the eggs and chipotle-style sauce were perfect but the sope was tough and overall needed salt. Several staff nudges toward the mimosas and souvenir glasses, but if they came around with a cart, we might have been more tempted. Super nice servers and we hear they have big plans for the beachfront! We’ll be back and further explore the menu.

After a long renovation, they have finally reopened with a completely new menu and concept. The atmosphere is delightful, striking just the right balance between chic and casual. I sat outside to enjoy the sunset, then was moved indoors just before it started raining. I had the “world famous” daiquiri in mango-basil flavor. It was really good, but felt a bit pricey for the size. Then I ordered the guacamole, which is prepared table-side to your liking (so it’s your fault if it’s no good - ha!). It was awesome!! For my entree I had the Hollywood Stead Salad and was really impressed by the dynamic combination of delicious ingredients - YUM!!! If you haven’t been since they reopened, take a minute to get familiar with the menu (available on their website). It seems they went to great lengths to provide unique offerings and not become just another taco and burger joint. Great place if you’re looking to have a special dinner.

Absolutely one of my favorite spots. Staff are excellent, food outstanding and the space is lovely. Chef Wayne is so gracious and obviously quite talented. This should be your new go-to.

A MUST dine location. The food is to die for, staff is amazing and the hostess (Bista) is not only beautiful, she is extremely helpful and always greets you with a smile.

HIGHLY recommend the corn chowder. Signature daiquiri's are amazing - recommend the mango with basil. :-). Short ribs are the BEST in Vallarta. I had another location that I loved for short ribs; however, DD are far better. Must try! :-)

We’ve always loved the Daiquiri Dick’s location. Now, after experiencing the newly remodeled space, all I can say is “WOW!” Excellent space, servers, and food. The Asian salad and filet mignon were amazing! We will be excited to return!

This place is a must if you wish to have a delicious dinner and a beautiful ambiance.
Food was amazing, service incredible, and I am in love with the decor, highly recommended!!
