This is a public underground parking garage located directly under the public park in Zona Romantica. As of May 2022 it is priced at 20 pesos per hour, or $1USD per hour. Well worth the price if you're spending a half day walking around shopping in the area. You'll come back to a car that hasn't been cooking in the sun and you won't have to drive around looking for a spot. Sometimes you'll get lucky and quickly find somewhere to park, but generally the $1/hr cost is well worth not wasting your time. It's located right up against the major shopping you'll want to do.
