Had an amazing stay, our 3.5 year old loved it. The property is super clean and the rooms are well appointed. Great staff and fantastic location.

Unless you find your own parking nearby, just let it be known it’s valet only.

Every single person working here provides excellent service and are so kind. The rooms and location are beautiful and comfortable. The food and drinks are delicious at the restaurant, pool, and in room. Close to everything you could want. We stayed 8 nights and would gladly return.

This location has nothing it says it has other than Wi-Fi and air conditioning. paid over 2700 US dollars for no amenities at all. We booked the ocean view suite with a plug pool that doesn’t work and if you do ask them to turn it on it leaks all over the balcony , so you taking a risk to slip, the glass railing is missing clips so if you even try to lean against it; say goodbye. Way over priced in my opinion I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool is open from 7am to 7pm wow! The food and drink are so overpriced it’s ridiculous. When I did order food it wasn’t anything special. I’m shocked this hotel has so many fake reviews. Night club or entertainment doesn’t exist here at all. The hotel across the street has more action going on every night. For these prices I could have stayed at a all inclusive on the beach for maybe another 25.00 a night had way more amenities and still go out for dinner or lunch if I wanted too. The sun hasn’t even set and the pool is closed that’s unbelievable!
Don’t waist you time or money here.

We stayed at the Thompson primary hotel but as a guest we were able to enjoy the Beach House property amenities. The great thing is the pool at the primary property is the “party atmosphere “ while the beach house is a more chill vibe. The properties are only a 5 minutes walk apart and easy to get to.

We really enjoyed breakfast at the Thompson Beach House. The food is truly delicious. Having breakfast here allowed us an ocean view while listening to lounge jazz music and enjoying paradise.

We ordered the Chilaquiles Verdes and the Huevos Rancheros. Both were really delicious. We also ordered several pineapple mojitos and Aperol Spritz cocktails and lounged under the umbrella covered day beds near the beach.

We enjoyed the pool and a cabana as well to cool off and all part of the stay at the Thompson Hotel/Thompson Beach House.

This is not an all inclusive property but we were ok with that as we enjoy venturing out into the areas that locals go.

Overall, a fantastic hotel option!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at the Thompson beach Hotel! Everybody was super attentive! The managers at the restaurant, the waitstaff, and the bartender were amazing. THANK YOU!!!!!

Juan is the BEST bartender around u0026 Nadia is also amazing. Best hotel in the area. Quiet and friendly staff.. way better than the other Thompson Hotel. Juan makes the best drinks!!! Nadia and Juan, thank you!!! Chris and I can’t wait to see you again!

We booked an ocean view room which we were not given and then they said told us if we wanted that room which we paid for already and had confirmation then I would need to pay for the upgrade . The music all night kept us up . I would never stay here again !
