It is a great place to stay. Fair prices of the rooms, nice and helpful stuff. My room was amazing:clean, spacious, with the nice view outside, and I was a lucky one to get the walk-in closet in my room. Keep in mind that not all the rooms have walk-in closets, so before checking-in try to ask for one. Every day they clean your rooms and changing the towels. They provide you with the bath gel, soap, shampoo, shower gel, but NO toothpaste and NO hair conditioner, try to bring it with you, because at the local resort stores they charge you a lot for it. For the small toothpaste they want 10-12 American dollars. Also don't forget your hats????, flip-flops, sunglasses and sunblock lotions otherwise you will pay five times more for all these staff at the resort.
The resort territory is amazing and really you have a feeling that you are in one of the tropical parks. It has plenty of pools where sometimes during a day they play live music and entertain you, also you always can get a food at the pool, some of them have pool-bars. Every day the resort offers different disco parties, spectacular shows, and sport activities. I love it for the price I paid. Also keep in mind that hurricane season in Cancun starts from June till October, so prices are much cheaper during these months. So the ocean has a lot of seaweed and expect some raining days during your stay. And the best time to visit Cancun is November, that's what everyone told me. I will try to come here in November and I will to figure it out.

We had a wonderful time for a week. I loved how the resort was huge and had many restaurants, pools and bars. We had a swim out room which was worth the upgrade as we can conveniently jump into the pool whenever we wanted. The service was great. The food was delicious. The activities at the pool was entertaining and fun. I liked how there was a different show every night at the theatre and had great performers. They had a variety of activities and shows to keep you entertained during your stay. The place was kept very clean and the staff was incredibly hardworking to ensure you had a good time. Only a couple of suggestions to make the place even better: more variety/changes in food at the buffet; add more staff at the bars and buffets to reduce wait times and line ups; newer equipment at the gym (some were broken and very out of date); more booking spots for restaurants (hard to book restaurants because they’re always full) and have hammocks around the resort. Overall, highly recommend anyone to go.

My family had a wonderful time at this resort and would definitely recommend staying here! We stayed in June and it was hot and humid, some days worse than others. The grounds are immaculate and under constant care. The staff were always nice and courteous. Wildlife is abundant around the resort and so fun to watch. (Spider monkeys, Codie's, Iguana's, cats and deer were spotted) The Sports Bar is 24 hours and a great place to cool off, eat drink and play pool. All the restaurants and buffets we ate at were very good and clean. And although not apart of the all-inclusive, Chill Out Restaurant is fantastic! The pools and swim up bars are great, sometimes faster to get out of pool though, and if you can, limit the blended drinks. (Only one blender and a lot sometimes a long line can form) Bar tenders were mostly friendly, but although gratuity is included in the all-inclusive price, you could tell they were slightly irritated if not receiving a cash tip. They encourage activities around the pool and recruit people to participate. And they have a teenage archery session daily and adult rifle shooting as well! We booked a swim with the whale sharks tour with the random kiosks in the resort, was not disappointed! ($210 per person) Absolutely one of the greatest experiences ever! It's an all day tour, 40 miles out to sea, so be rested!!! And don't forget to tip the Capt and his crew!
I would definitely like to make it back to this resort and have another great time!

A solid 4 star resort. Everything is very good without being amazing. The staff are very nice and polite, the food is decent (I enjoyed the omelette stations and the delicious coffee in the mornings), the rooms are clean and spacious, the drinks are good (delicious if you tip more), there are plenty of pools to lounge in and the beach is not too weedy or rocky. I could see myself going back if I found a great deal.

I enjoyed my time at the resort. The property is very big, my room was clean and spacious (3 people sharing), lots of pools and there are options to eat at the buffet, restaurants (upon reservation which fills up quickly) and near pool /beach bar. They also have relaxation areas (huts) that can be used. The staff does a good job in keeping the property clean. I do however, think this resort is closer to a 4-star but can move to a 5-star if the following changes are made.
Areas of improvements:
-Room furniture should be updated (Bathroom updated nicely)
-More variety with food selection (ie. do theme nights or switch up a few times per week)
-More staff needed in buffet to help with clean up/setup
-Work smarter: For example, during lineup for buffet, the host/hostess was waiting for a table of 5 to be ready when there were smaller tables available. If there is a table of 2 or 3 available, check if there any parties in the line waiting that meet that size to reduce the wait.
-A lot of the entertainment is only in Spanish; it should be bilingual if catering to all countries.

Stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon. Beautiful swimming pools and a lovely beach, lots of activities within the resort as well as excursions you can pay for outside the resort. Absolutely loved our time here, all the staff were lovely and polite and couldn't have done more for us. Food was great and had a big range of opening times so whatever your plans were you could fit meals around it. Would 100% stay here again, didn't want to leave!

It’s our 2nd time in this resort, unfortunately it is not what it use to be, they gave us a lots of trouble at the check in, gave us separate rooms from the kids, although we did request it in advance before booking. Buffet was not good last night, beach is very clean, they are not cleaning the resort as it should be done considering it’s 5 star rating. Picture attached is from a room in our building, that tray it’s been seating outside more than 24h, this morning wild animal were enjoying the room service. I do understand there was a pandemic and etc, but at the end of the day cost of staying here is more and service went from 4.5 to 1!!!!!Very disappointed!!!
