stay there 2yrs ago with my 3kids and wife and parents and we had a great experience, they had good people working and helpful and made are stay great they where still working on the spa area but we still had a great time .me and my family will come back to stay here again

For the price it's great. Otherwise it's an expensive all-inclusive in this area. It's a total escape place from the centres chaos. Upmarket residential area. The gardens are stunning, opposite a golf course. Really nice staff and they're very accommodating. Good breakfast, buffet and order omelette etc. The deluxe room was huge and very quiet. 5 minute walk to a good mini-mart and El Bistro (nice, cheap restaurant) Or 15 minute walk to 5th Avenue, 70 pesos in taxi. The rooms are somewhat dated. I loved the peace. The wildlife was incredible to watch.

The breakfast was good, lunch was good quality too. The hotel itself is not large and in "ok" shape. The credit card machine at the front desk is troublesome. Our card (VISA - Canadian) kept getting declined or timing out even though the charge actually went through. Their head office is slow to respond to calls to verify the transaction went through so we had to pay twice. There's a nice restaurant nearby the hotel when helped for dinners. Overall I would not return. Not a horrible experience but not a lot of hotel services, mediocre room, and so-so location. Oh, and the Wifi barely reaches the rooms and is slow.

The room has a good and comfortable space but, they need to be renewed. Some of the furniture was dirty and look really old. The bathroom doesn't have too much light and the shower keeps throwing water outside the tub and there is not you can do about it. The outside looks really nice. The reception desk it very nice too but very often there is only one person try to deal with more them 4 task at the same time.

This hotel is located in a private neiborhood. Breakfast is really good and has many different options. Rooms are clean, however they did not clean our room one of the days we stayed there. So, we had to ask them to do it. Then, on the last night we stayed there a lady opened the service door in our room while we were sleeping (at around midnight). Luckily, my husband woke up and she shut the door quickly. We called the front desk and they basically said it was our fault for not locking up that door. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

It would be a 0 star if I could but their cleaning lady was pretty awesome. Atleast we had a clean room each night. Very old and uncomfortable mattress, very old pillows that went pancake thin. We had cold water the first 3 of the 11 nights. The hot tube never worked the whole time, pool had dirty traps every day, empty bar that never was manned, very cool outside grill/cook area that was run down and broken. Their morning breakfast buffet had a good selection but it looked like the same stuff that was put out the morning before and just reserved.

Over all the hotel looked like it used to be a great place back in the day and now its run down and half working. Even apon checking out the guy didnt care about us just saying very good.

The service was really good! The rooms were okay. It's a five-starred hotel, but the interior is kind of old and the rooms is in need of an upgrade. Though they we're really big! The breakfast was OK, nothing extraordinary. The Wi-Fi was fast and worked as it should. I'm satisfied, but not blown away.
