Great location, rip off, toilets don't have proper doors, stink the room out, construction work on site at the door, workmen staring through the window. Manger absent and when finally appeared didn't seem to care much. We left having complained multiple times. For a family having to use a public toilet 2 floors below is not ideal. If it had been 50 dollars fine but it was more than 6 times that amount. Much better places to stay on Oaxaca. Avoid.

Did not have my reservation at check in which was booked 10 months prior.
Vhanged rooms since rooms on the first floor courtyard are extremely noisy. Was questionable if I would get hot water for a shower everyday.

The most beautiful place to stay when visiting El Centro, the Cathedral, and markets. One step from the busy street you enter a courtyard of tranquility. Rooms are tastefully modernized but still retain the original 19th century architecture and beauty.

Incredible boutique hotel in the center of Oaxaca. It's a safe an quiet space in the middle of busy streets, decoration and design is on-point. Commodities are presto and service is great as well. Will most surely come back!

This is a beautiful colonial era building. It's perfect for holding an event such as a wedding, because the building itself provides the decoration. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Also, this hotel has some of the best service to offer. The staff is very polite and helpful, while the manager will do what he can to make sure you're happy and have a great time.

very noisy. at 12 at night, a party right under the door to the room. the impression is that the hotel administration does not care whether the guests are comfortable because of the noise!
