Everything was really tasty, well balanced with flavor and spice, and it’s the best fish taco I’ve had since I’ve been in Mexico! The tlalpeno soup is extremely filling and is loaded with so many vegetables. My hubby got the cochinita pibil and it was perfectly flavored. I was so full by the time my fish taco came out, but it was so good I just crammed it into my mouth and prayed for stomach space. This place is amazing and I wish I had more time in Oaxaca so I could come back!

Food is great they have vegan and vegetarian options but a little pricey for the size of plate.

Came here for the vegan Pozole, which was hearty and tasty. However, it was the only vegan option on the entire menu - so we had to go to another restaurant, after, for more food.

Cabuche should really think about providing vegan options for other dishes, as I think they'd be really good!

Went just for the vegan pozole and wasn’t disappointed! So bright, fresh, and flavorful. Love that there was a vegan option at this traditional spot!

Amazing fresh flavorful salad and delicious dessert. I was going to order the Mole which looked amazing but I had eaten too recently.

Great little place for stew, soup, tacos amongst other things!
Important facts: cash only, has indoor and outdoor seating, well stocked bar.
The meals are thoughtfully tasty and humble with reasonable prices.

The food was fresh and tasty with a twist on local flavors. The Huaraches were good but not as distinctive as you can get with street vendors. The location is in a quieter chic part of the city and the space was pretty spacious. The grapefruit salad was the best thing we ate though. It was very refreshing and the most unique thing we ate in the city.
