Beautiful hotel!!! One of the few in the city with a beautiful pool area. Very clean and great attention to detail. Extremely accommodating as we requested to switch rooms to have a better layout and they showed us all the rooms available in the category we had booked. Room 209 is honestly the best! The restaurant food and service is EXCELLENT! Señor Félix was our server and he was super attentive and kind. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends and family!

The hotel is 2 blocks from the zocalo. Near many great restaurants and main attractions. The hotel is beautiful the only thing is they really need to upgrade their beds and pillows. The staff is great!! We loved staying there and would do it again.
