Fantastic museum. It is small, so it’s a quick visit and the entrance is free so it is financially accessible. The museum celebrates traditional textile while also exhibiting contemporary pieces. Also, if you are looking for high quality clothing, the museum has a store where you can buy unique pieces. I loved that all the tags stated who made the piece, where is was made, what materials were used, and what method was used.

As of July 29, 2022 most rooms were closed due to COVID, being considere too small for visitors to maintain social distance. Two nice temporary exhibits only one room of regional costume. No exhibits about how textiles of the region are made was open. Great gift shop though with helpful staff huge numbers of books and handmade textile jewelry including items made fr the outermost layer of silkworm cocoons.

Worth the visit, free entrance, and a quick tour. Nice collaboration with local and India work. Unfortunately there were some exhibits closed, not sure when they will open ????. Overall I'm overwhelmed by my ancestors work. Nice museum, close to other museum's nearby, give it a chance and stop on by.

I was in and out in about 30m. I think exhibits were limited due to COVID. May also be why they didn’t charge an entrance fee. Beautiful pieces to admire.

Beautiful, the time this museum took to put the pieces together is beautiful. It's peaceful the gardens are incredible. The displays are magnificent. Bringing so many wonderful artists in one place definitely makes it worth stopping by.

Nice little textile museum. Most of the information is in spanish which was an issue for us. Entry is free though. Was delighted to see collaboration between artists from kutch Gujarat, India and Oaxaca artists.

It was mildly interesting. I guess if that was your thing it would be pretty awesome. The designs are beautiful and there was quite a well presented map of where the different styles come from. It was free too, so worth it even if you're not really into fabric and design.
