A really lovely courtyard hotel in the centre of the historic district. Rooms are a little tired but everything worked and it was clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The car park is within 100m and there are many lovely restaurants, coffee places and bars in the area

We sent some clothes to their laundry services, they came in a bag - dirty! They didn’t wash them. Just folded the dirty laundry and sent us back!! Okay this is not directly hotel’s fault, but the service you provide to your customers? How
can you work with a company like that? We sent them back again and next day they came clean.

Room has two double beds thereefore no space in the room to move. Old decorated. We had a cockroach in the room the last day. Cleaning was slow. We came back to our room 3pm in the afternoon and it wasn’t still cleaned.

Awesome place to stay, had a great receiving, they do have parking (which is great considering you’re in Oaxaca centro)

Cancelled our reservation on booking.com but told us it’s fine to still come and then asked us to pay crazy rates at 2 am. And were okay for us to walk to a different place in the middle of the night. Terrible way to treat people. This is really unsafe and terrible costumer service. Thanks for leaving us stranded

Beautiful place to stay! Not expensive.
Very clean, centric, quiet and comfortable.
Highly recommended.

Couldn’t ask for sweeter, more accommodating staff. Set within a beautiful courtyard covered in plants and greenery, nothing too much trouble for the girls at reception. Lovely relaxed family vibes

Central and quiet street, clean room, good value for money, nice and friendly staff, beautiful garden. BUT the room on the first floor is a bit dark and damp even during sunny day, bad soundproof, no locker for valuables
