An acceptable place where to get something to eat while staying at the Hyatt hotel. Do not expect many dishes though, mostly meat and some pizza.

Enjoyable restaurant as far as hotel restaurants go with an extensive drinks menu including cocktails, tequilas and wines of all kinds. The staff is attentive and friendly when around but if you're there on an off time, it's a bit slow. The buffet breakfast is pretty solid but the best item I tried was the short rib tacos plate.

Never been disappointed by this restaurant. The service is impeccable as well as friendly. The breakfast is sensacional, and you will regret if you do not try the brunch, it is one of the best in Mexico City ! However the service is sometimes too long and the prices can seem expensive if compared to the cost of living in Mexico but it truly isn't when compared to what you would pay outside Mexico.

Buffet branch 12pm-17 pm MXN$650 w/o drinks.
Few variety of hot meals. Roasted New york and fish(Tuna, Salman) are tasty.
Seafood are not fresh enough. Smell fishy.
Desserts some are tasty but some are too sweet.
Salads are tasty.
Good quality of those carne fría.
Hmmm... I won't recommend to my friend.

Came here for drinks before going with friends for dinner. Painfully slow service. Four servers standing around talking.

I’m not sure if these servers have had any training.

Ok brunch . Great service and ambiance. The good is not spectacular. Four seasons or presidente is far superior . Good dessert selection. Ok prices
