Service seriously needs to improve! The waiters were friendly but slow and too careless. I had to ask for both, the food and wine menus and for another drink since I was never asked if I wanted another one or something else. Also had to ask for a bread basket (tasty and homemade) and did not get butter as other tables did. Our appetizers were brought in the same dish and the waiter had some trouble serving each in a different plate so I ended up eating the roll from the same plate next to the remaining tomato sauce from the arancini (bad service from the kitchen and waiter). On the other hand, food was pretty good, the lobster roll was delicious, and I loved the duck confit, perfectly cooked and the mashed sweet potatoes and garnishes were perfect and very tasty. The portions were small and kind of expensive (as the other 2 locations Loretta and Eloise) but at least taste-wise they were worth it. I would say that the strawberry shortcake is a must for dessert (simply delicious). The venue was small, cozy, and nice. Not loud at all, good ambience and music selection.

The restaurant is located in a very chic area. Really nice decor and wine list. The food is not as good as other restaurants from the same chef, (Loreta or Eloise) but this is the only location close to Polanco.

Interesting French-American fusion spot in the heart of Polanco. Server was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Foigras was good, the roasted chicken was masterfully executed and the mac'n-cheese was really good! 4 stats for ambience, as lighting was kind of bright for the concept, but hey, people may not even notice it! ????????????????

Overall a fine dining experience in Polanco. We mixed up the starters, trying the snail, the courgette-flower and the lobster, with the latter being a winner by a small nose, but all were superb. We then ate the two robálo dishes, and here half a star was lost. One was heavier with more southern mediterrenean influence, while the other was lighter, more Cote D'Azur than Palermo. The latter was a melange of flavours where citrus was prominent - and for me just a shade too dominant over the other ingredients and it felt a touch imbalanced. No such complaints for the other dish, however. We didn't have any room left for dessert, more's the pity.
Ambiance was superb, conversation was at a comfortable volume without spilling over onto the adjacent tables. The wine list was carefully curated and I had no complaints with the Verdujo by-the-glass. My only other slight niggle - the expresso coffee was tepid. I know that expresso shouldn't be served scolding, but this was too far the other way. I suggest warming the cups before serving. so another half star gone.
If that sounds petty, well, the price and pretensions of this restaurant are such that these details are absolutely what one expects to be correct in every way, but I wouldn't let it put you off visiting. Every menu in the world has its ups and downs, even day to day, and the overall quality and delight of my experience is enough to have me return one day.

Really good food. Well presented and great serving staff. Good wine list. We had a Baja Nebiolo that was well worth the price.
