This is just a generic cafe in a Hyatt hotel. I don’t think any of the food is made here and it’s not particularly fresh tasting.

Ordered a croissant which was probably the worst croissant I’ve ever had in my life. The texture was dense and not flaky. The taste was not good either. There was also an unpleasant aftertaste. Grocery store bagged croissants are better.

The mango cheesecake was mediocre. Looked pretty though. It had an overpowering amount of whip cream, an artificial mango jelly which tasted like it came from a can (no fresh mangoes here!).

The cheesecake was exquisite so deliciously creamy! I would 100% go back and get again.

The carrot cake on the other hand was barely edible. I mean I left some and I NEVER leave cake.

50/50 review, but, the cheesecake is that good.

Overpriced pastries. Cakes have too much sugar frosting, especially the carrot cake. The coffee is not very good either. Staff is friendly and the service is fast. The venue is ok, however just a place for a quick bite, nothing fancy or cozy. Parking is expensive.

Delicious! Pastries are boxed very cutely. Though it says it opens at 6 am, it is a bit of a wait on the morning as they get everything prepared. Only an issue if you're trying to rush to the airport.

The coffee isn’t the best. The cakes are okay, but very expensive. The menu of light meals is quite small, and they often don’t have items in stock. The salmon bagel was tasty. For convenience it’s not bad, but there are better places in Polanco itself.

This as a nice surprise. I recommend to get there late (night). When the bread is 50% off. Normal price is too high. The bread is OK but not that good for the standard price.
