Nice public place with fountain surrounded by shops to get a quick snack or even a meal or souvenirs. It's named after "Santo Domingo", the founder of the Order of Preachers. The Dominicans nuild the oldest nearby Church of "Santo Domingo" in the whole of Mexico in 1526 and this square leads straight to the ancient historic Church.

I love open places, even more if there are interesting things to see or do. This plaza is sorrounded by history and reality nowadays... There's stories going on every minute... Una belleza del tiempo, con el Tiempo y en el tiempo... Qué deleite a la vista.

Nice little spot to take in some fresh air and explore what the street vendors have to offer. The architecture was beautiful. Heavy traffic though

It's a familiar place to walk, there are some churches, restaurants.

Nice square full of vendors for both food and merchandise. Gets a bit crowded on weekend afternoons. The church is nice but a bit dark on the inside. There is a small cafe tucked in next to the church if you feel the need to stop for a drink or bite.
