Nice hostel with extremely good location. Rooms are not unclean as some reviewers say, and there is in fact room service to tidy up the room everyday.
The main complaint I have is with its sound-proofing (or the lack thereof). Staying on the first floor (second if you're American) I could hear everything going on in the reception.

Do not believe the positive reviews. They are not based on reality.
This place is bleak.
The hostel is dark and dusty, there was sporadic running water, toilet did not flush, the towels were rags, the safe did not lock, no room windows, and the room key is on a block of wood you must hand back to reception when you step out, leaving your belongings insecure.
There were mosquitoes and there was no free breakfast or rooftop bar service as advertised. I requested a refund and was told that I should deal with my agent. Check out these REAL photos.
We were told meals were on pause because of the pandemic, yet the place we went to instead had a full restaurant and included breakfast.

Great hostel with a fantastic location. The restaurants out front for lunch are fantastic and you're within walking distance to the metro and many museums. The showers never really got very warm but at least there was free breakfast which consisted of pancakes fruit and coffee. Internet was pretty stable as well!

Great place with a staff members really nice, friendly.
Breakfast are very good and included in the price. With a little bit of patience there is hot water for shower ;) there is a good roof top and a bar with a cool bartender .
May be the only bad thing is we can't use the kitchen but we are in the historic center ;)

My first time staying at a hostel. I can't say enough good things about them. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. Very good prices, which includes free breakfast and dinner. I will make plans to come back again soon. Keep up the good work. :)

Great staff! Raymond at the front desk is fantastic. He is friendly and accommodating and answers all inquiries thoughoughly and patiently. The hostel is in a great location, is clean, has a surprisingly big breakfast, and hot running water. The rooftop bar is a nice place to relax and the bartender is fun. Wifi throughout. The staff is really friendly and helped me printing some documents for free! There’s a bunch of attractions that you can book at the lobby and you have breakfast for free. The rooms are kind of dark but I just used it to sleep. Considering the price you’re well served.
