Had a wonderful 3-night stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quaint. The beds are very firm if that matters to you. And the walls are pretty thin. But an amazing location for CDMX sightseeing and overall a really great value, would stay again!

It's an alright place to stay but there is no av just a room fan but won't move any air in the room, housekeeping will put new sheets the first day but if you staying 2 or more nights they will NOT replace your sheets no mater what. The food in the lobby's restaurant is good and bathroom supplies always new but the sink will overflow every so often.

Worst hotel ever! The receptionists are very rude when they're not in the mood. They made a reservation For somebody else before we left, and they were asking us to leave the room before checkout time and wait in the reception to get another room that was still occupied The walls are very thin so you can hear everyone and everything. Some guys in a room were drinking and laughing loudly, the staff didn't care about this until I called the reception. The internet service is terrible as well as the fan, I couldn't sleep because it was too hot. Don't get deceived by the facade and the reception!. I will never stay here again!!!!

Such a terrible experience! The bathrooms smell like sewage, you can hear every single noise outside, some guests had this wild party going on and my friend and I had to call the reception twice to get them do something about it, it was 2am! No A/C, the fan barely works and makes this obnoxious noise, it's so hot! The staff won't offer any solutions and actually get mad when you express how dissatisfied you are. Not recommended at all.

The worst hotel have ever stayed at. From my room I can hear everything that is said in the lobby and front desk. The stay so late. I dont know how the front office let's people be so loud knowing the rooms have paper walls. The restroom is small. No shower curtains. You can take a shower with out setting the toilet and everything else in the room. Bed is so uncomfortable. My wife and I had a bad experience here.

No rest at all. Horrible hotel experience. Small room.. Noisy all the time! Staff not very helpful nor friendly

Excelente service. All clean and the prices are affordable. Also the location is great!! Very close to Zócalo, Catedral and Bellas Artes.
