We had a really lovely stay at this place. Service was really cordial and attentive; people were willing to help with whatever problem we had, down to moving the noisy small fridge out of our room when we asked. Breakfast (included) was excellent; every morning, we had cappuccino, pastry, fruit, and eggs on an extremely pleasant terrace. There are musical events on the terrace on evenings later in the week. These you might want to gravitate toward (to me, they were surprisingly fun) or away from, staying earlier in the week. (While they are happening, they can be heard throughout the hotel, including our ground-floor room. Some nights they end as late as 11--usually earlier.) It's also a great location for museums and restaurants in the Centro. We'll be back.

Marco Antonio and Giovanni took excellent care of my wife and I. Not only did they recommend amazing food and drinks but they also gave us insight on what to do during our stay. Marco is extremely knowledgeable in the location’s history that predates more than 500 years on certain buildings. In addition the view is spectacular, we came for breakfast and I can only imagine what it looks like in the evening.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of downtown. Everyone is so attentive, Edgar at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect!
We had an issue one of the nights with the host at the restaurant but Edgar and the managers at the restaurant made sure it got corrected. It gets a 10/10 in my book, the transportation guy they used was Antonio and he was amazing also going above and beyond that we booked him for a personal tour to take us out to Xochimilco. The only bad thing is traffic gets horrible for rush hour. But it’s got nothing to do with the hotel. Food and drinks are delicious as well! Last day we were leaving early u0026 we were not going to be available to catch breakfast but they were nice enough to take us fruit, bread and coffee up to our room at 630am!

The food was delicious, we ate chilaquiles Domingo Santo y they were delicious. The service was great and the view too. There was a singer and she sang beautifully, it was jazz music.

I love this place. We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel and everything was beyond pleasant. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful, all the staff was friendly and super welcoming. Our room was very clean and had some local decor in a modern design! upon our arrival a red bottle of wine and a yummy treat were already in our room! I can't say enough good things about the food, restaurant and the place itself! Thank you everyone for making our stay unforgettable! You exceeded our expectations! Gracias por todas sus atenciones ♡

Exquisite service, delicious food, and a lovely view. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor (piso 2) of the building and you have a lovely view of the plaza below. A mocktail, 2 bottles of sparkling water, an appetizer and salmon tacos cost about 620 pesos. I'd definitely return.

This place is really cool. The location is awesome, the service exceptional, they have a top notch restaurant on the rooftop with a wonderful view, and the best house band I’ve ever heard. I hope to stay again someday.
