Small museum, but lots of information! The information is only available in Spanish. When I visited, they had a music performance every Wednesday at 7pm which also included entrance into the museum.

Neat museum, with great displays and lots of Mexican music antiquities to look at. On the other hand, I wish there was English information to read on the displays.

Simple and pleasant place. I was fortunate to attend a concert of traditional Yucatecan music and had a great time. Excellent to learn a little more about the culture of this place, however it was very hot because it doesn't have air conditioning.

Nicely put small museum. Worth a visit if you're in the area. It has some information on main Yucatan singers and listen to their songs.
It is a small town museum with some charm. Don't expect the Louvre.

Very bohemian love the live music didn't get to see the museum because it was closed there was bohemian music played on this occasion. Me fascino la musica Bohemia Todo muy bonito no logre ver El Museo x q estaba cerrado pero disfrute del festival de la musica Bohemia ????

Beautiful history of Yucatan' many musicians. A bit of an old building, and may be lacking some samples of the actual music.
