Guac is nice and fresh, the fajita was pretty decent. The margaritas on their special menu for 70 pesos .. omg, so good! You can see the pulp from the lime juice floating there in the surface inviting you to drink, it’s so fresh and delicious.

We discovered El Tempio during one of our walks in Merida.
You have to try their margaritas. I always prefere mine with slushed ice. It was the best I have tasted during our 2 weeks stay there in December 2019.
Their patio has great colorful ambiance. Each table is hand painted piece of art.
We haven't eaten there. Next time maybe.
Must experience.

Very good food. Great drinks. Almost walked past this place, very happy we did not miss it. El Templo may become our go to place for a great, very reasonable lunch!

This place is cool and full of atmosphere in a colonial building not far from the center of Mérida. The food is decent, too.
