One we had decided a price and unpacked the vehicle they added 350 pesos for our little dog, pretending I had not told them about the dog. 350 is double the price for a han to stay there. Room was ok.

Somewhat outdated hotel, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were fine, location is central

Terrible hotel with boorish service .
the receptionist does not even look at the guests and ignores them.
the elevators do not work, you yourself have to carry laggages up the steep stairs to the 3rd floor.
for no money , even for free, do not stay here

We stayed there many years ago. Many things could have changed. However, the location is just right. We had a great time there.

Pretty facade and good service, very cool pool, but it lacks maintenaince as all the building and rooms inside

This hotel was so beautiful! We were so excited to stay at this hotel and we were amazed! I went on my honeymoon and Juan was our server/bellman/ hotel guide he showed us the locked up rooms and told us the history of eat room. He also took the time to get us mosquito repellent while we were eating on the patio. He also recommended the most delicious food on the menu ???? The customer service at this hotel was the best I've ever had at any hotel. We also got a free upgrade in a suite because it was our honeymoon! I can't wait to go back next year! Thank you Juan!

Nice service. Amazing staff. Really clean hotel the is quiet although so central. Need a deposit for safe. Good location, but go for breakfast somewhere else. The pool area is unfortunately not really in the sun so my friend was disappointed that she couldn't get a tan.
