Room is big and clean. But not very good isolated from the noise of others rooms.
The hotel is located near the center so it's nice you have a lot of places around (bar, restaurants etc..)
But the customer service is terribly bad.
Like for example I was waiting in the lobby and it was super hot inside so I asked if they could put the AC on. They didn't care.... Sure wow let your customers rot in the heat. Very nice.
The staff is not attentive at all and not service oriented.
For this kind of price you expect more quality. I won't come back.

This is a boutique type hotel that was like a little piece of heaven! Our room was really nice. We looked out onto the courtyard with a garden and a pool. So peaceful! Breakfast every morning was delicious! The people who worked there are so friendly and helpful. When we return, we will stay there again.

We spent one night at this hotel with my girlfriend and it has a lot to offer. Very nice and cute, good location, big and well decorated room, decent beds, nice pool, and very good value.

Unfortunately we had to ask the staff to help us with our luggages half way to the hotel (they did help but we were surprised it wasn’t from themselves) and most importantly found hairs in the bathroom during our first shower. We didn’t have time to change rooms as it was already a bit late, we partially unpacked and wanted to go out explore Merida a bit.

The discussion heated up a bit via messages which didn’t help me leave this place in a state of mind on par with my holidays expectations.

Stayed here for a week in early- mid May, everything was great...would definitely stay again...great location...beautiful interior courtyard...we booked the third floor suite, with separate bedroom and living room, kitchen.... comfortable bed, good ac....

My fiancé and I were pleasantly surprised by this gorgeous hotel that really combined the best of old-style Merida while also being updated.

We were visiting during New Years so a lot of places were booked, so we were happy to find something that we also ended up loving!

We had a huge room (with an equally large bathroom and rainfall-style shower) with a comfortable king sized bed and a lovely little terrace.

Property is gorgeous and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, outdoor space was lovely, water was hot, no issues with internet.

Only downside was that our room wasn’t cleaned or restocked for three days, but to be fair we also didn’t ask about it because we were out and about. It ultimately didn’t matter to us.

Great value overall, would stay again.

This was one of the best experiences that I've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast is made from scratch for you whenever you are ready. You walk out of your room, across the courtyard, and the server greets you at your table. The food and service is better than what you would get at a restaurant. The hotel attendant handled figuring out where we should park and made it a non-issue.

This review is of the restaurant only. It's 100% vegetarian, but has no name, which is unfortunate, as this means it doesn't appear when visitors search google maps for such.
The dining is under a lovely tile roof, and the setting is quiet and tropical. The food is very good, and lovingly prepared. I highly recommend the cucumber juice which comes in a very ample flask. The papas relleno was very tasty — and I'd order again. Chilled/frozen key lime pie for dessert. Yum. (But the place should have a name, as it deserves a listing beyond the hotel!)
