Beautiful hotel. Great rooms and shower. The staff was wonderful, always helpful and nice. When I come back to Merida, I'll definitely consider this place again.

Our stay was Excellent. we were there early December 2021, for a week..This is a small boutique hotel with private outdoor showers. The Staff was wonderful, location, was walking distance to the center of downtown. Near great restaurants. We loved our room, very clean and airy
Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Amazing architecture and design. Comfortable beds. Great location. Polite staff. Quiet area. Super clean.

The only con is that the water of the shower stays in the floor of the entire bathroom due to missing a slope on the floor and the shower missing a curtain/door. But this is not enough for me to drop a star.

The hotel location and decor is nice.
I did not like the fact that at breakfast, no one speaks English, they don’t have a menu printed out so you can barely understand the options you have. They don’t have an expresso machine which is basic.
The sound proofing between rooms is bad, we got woken up at 1am by loud neighbors.

Best price/quality hotel we had during our 3 and half weeks trip through Mexico, great architecture, big room, nice interior design, helpful staff and very quiet... perfect to relax after a busy day visiting.

We were really disappointed. The people who made this wonderful place did a great job. It looks really nice. When we booked it we had high expectations, also because of other reviews. Unfortunately, the hotel is not run well. Customer service was very much lacking. Maybe we were unfortunate being there in low season, but the lack of service really disappointed us.
Location is ok, we liked being able to walk to the center.
Parking is a little difficult (the check-in and check-out part), but manageable.
