Decorated nicely, but seems like they started decorating and 90% of the way through they got bored and gave up. Interesting building. The AC units are too small to cool the rooms. The entire building vibrates from the club next door until 3 am. The pillows smelled like... something you don't want to put your head on. The sheets were some type of polyester that make it feel like you are wrapping yourself in a garbage bag. The place stinks of cigarette smoke, but it's not too bad in the rooms. There are more mosquitos inside than outside, the windows don't close. I tried to wrap myself in the tarp-like sheets to get away from the mosquitos even though I was overheating, but I got bites on my face, eyelids, and ears instead and did not sleep at all. We waited over 20 minutes for the manager lady to get off the phone to talk to her about it the next day - when we said mosquitos she had an expression like "oh right, the mosquitos again, yeah there's tons" but out loud said "no refund for the next night" which we had prepaid, but the place was clearly empty besides us as she showed us multiple rooms before. We were speaking espanol to them for reference, there was no confusion. Then she looked away and picked up the phone again and after another 5 minutes of waiting we decided it was time to just leave. There was a really nice place just around the block for about the same price which we enjoyed the next night.
