Love this place. It is on a side street and doesn't look like much from the outside. However inside is a beautiful terrace area with trees all around. It is a small place but very very nice. The room was super clean. Breakfast was included and was very good as well. They did our laundry for a very reasonable fee. Also my woman had a deep tissue massage and said it was the best she ever had.

Nice smaller hotel. Great owner, comfy beds location decent and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. Could hear noise from the room next door a little throughthroom, but not a big deal.

Nicey located close to downtown Merida. This hotel is a historic house that is in the process of being remodeled (June 2017). At the moment it seems there is only one room available. It looks like the owner lives on the back and they rent 3 rooms on the front of the property, though it seems they are in the process of expanding. The service was nice, the bed was comfy and the location was good. Nice breakfast prepared to order by the owner and wifi was available. Would only accept cash payment, no credit card. Parking was on the same street.

We have been admitted in a room for one person and I wouldnt notice. It did not bother the host and they wouldnt warn you about it. Then make it you charge an extra for rhe breakfast it does not seem very clear from the beginning.

So incredibly helpful with arrangements for catching a early morning bus to Cancun and getting around the city. They have gated parking, a/c, and breakfast incl. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Beautifully furnished hotel with big rooms, AC and uncomplicated check in. Everything super fast. 7 min (4 blocks) from the city centre and 20 min from the bus terminal.

Perfectly nice and helpful staff. Great hotel near the old city and still quite for comfortable sleeping.
